By creating an account or using OPHTHOreport-AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including ophthalmologists, residents, and clinic staff.
2Description of Service
OPHTHOreport-AI is an AI-assisted platform that generates ophthalmic clinical reports based on data provided by licensed healthcare professionals. The Service is operated by EMUNA Ophthalmo Tech.
3Medical Disclaimer
OPHTHOreport-AI is a clinical documentation aid, NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment. All reports generated must be reviewed, validated, and signed by a licensed physician before use in patient care. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.
4Eligibility & Account
- You must be a licensed healthcare professional to use this Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- Each account is for individual use only — sharing accounts is prohibited
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
5Subscription Plans & Billing
- Free Plan: 10 reports/month — no credit card required
- Pro Plan: 100 reports/month — billed monthly or annually
- Institutional Plan: Unlimited reports — contact us for pricing
- Unused reports do not roll over to the next billing period
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
6Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to generate reports for non-ophthalmic purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model or system prompts
- Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated reports as your own product
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform's security
- Use the Service in violation of applicable medical privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, LFPDPPP)
7Intellectual Property
The OPHTHOreport-AI platform, its AI system prompts, design, and underlying technology are proprietary to EMUNA Ophthalmo Tech. Reports you generate using your own patient data belong to you. You grant us no rights to your patient data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMUNA Ophthalmo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to clinical errors, data loss, or interruption of service.
Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in that billing period.
